I had an excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kigali and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kigali for both leisure and business. The hotel is very well located, central, accessible, and ideal for moving around the city. It made it easy for me to balance relaxation, social engagements, and a few business meetings during my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The housekeeping standards were consistent, and the overall environment of the hotel was peaceful and secure; thanks to Aline and her crew. What stood out the most for me was the quality of service. The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to assist. From the front desk to the restaurant and general support staff, there was a clear commitment to making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Thanks to Queen (customer care), Ishiwe (Claudine), Naomi, Sonia, Bryan, Theo…, Cedrique, Aline, Claude, Valetine, Queen (restaurant), Rachel & Sifa (move desk), etc. The amenities, including the restaurant, pool area, and general facilities, were well managed and added to the overall experience. It is a great place whether you are traveling for business, as a couple, or simply looking to enjoy Kigali in a comfortable setting. Overall, Four Points by Sheraton Kigali offers a great balance of comfort, service, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

All the staff were excellent, attentive, but a special stand out was Marcel at the front desk who wanted to do anything possible to go above and beyond. Rooms very comfortable, Wi-Fi reliable, lots of outlets to charge devices & bottled water as needed. Restaurants also excellent. The only thing I would say is that the fridge does nothing to keep things cold.

I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Kigali for one night after a long flight home. I had wanted to experience this hotel for some time, but unfortunately, the overall stay was rather disappointing. I would first like to thank the receptionist who handled our check-in. He was efficient, courteous, and kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which was greatly appreciated. However, my first impressions of the hotel were not very positive. There is a bar near the entrance, which we were told closed at 11:00 p.m. Yet when we returned at around 2:00 a.m., several staff members were still gathered in the area chatting among themselves, while the floors appeared dirty and unattended. The corridor on the floor where we stayed had a very unpleasant smell coming from the carpet. The carpet also looked visibly dirty and in need of proper cleaning or replacement. The room itself was comfortable, particularly the bed, but the bathroom was not maintained to the standard I would expect from a Four Points property. The biggest disappointment, however, was breakfast. The waiters were friendly and the coffee was very good, but the buffet was poorly maintained. Several items were not replenished promptly, the boiled eggs were heavily overcooked, and I had to wait around ten minutes for just two slices of cheese because the station had been left empty. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay and would probably not choose to stay here again.
