“A very welcoming staff team and great little hotel in a fine setting.”
We travelled to Kigali to watch the UCI Cycling World Road Racing Championships. The hotel was perfectly situated. Of particular note was the excellent staff team who all worked to make our experience very enjoyable and comfortable. I can't remember everyone's name but I will mention Damour and Car… more

The services were slow at the start great thanks to desire. He did did smoothen most of the stays while at the hotel. The recommendations to David and Simon was superb. “Decent hotel for the price”
Decent hotel for the price. A couple of drawbacks in the bathroom (low water pressure and the door lies directly across from the entrance). Also no TV. Food decent, location lovely in an upscale part of town. Gym could use some improvement. Service level decent.

“Great stay”
Great welcoming atmosphere - staff were brilliant and attentive. No issues with check in and high standards of hygiene. Room was functional with a balcony and great views of the city, golf course and mountains. I would recommend the manor hotel to anyone wish to visit Kigali

“Experience at the Manor Hotel”
Good 1. They have a nice 43inch smart TV 2. Their rooms are spacious Bad 1. Poor internet connectivity in the conferencing room and sleeping rooms 2. Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned, lot of dust under the bed 3. No AC in the rooms and it gets hot
