We took advantage of the relationship between BodyHoliday and StolenTime to spend a day and later a meal in their signature restaurant TAO. we drove from Castries to BodyHoliday. The security staff were very helpful on arrival. Michael , a member of the concierge team, welcomed us and took us on an extensive tour of the property , going above and beyond what i expected. Superb hospitality. We spent the day on the beach then lunch at the beachside snack restaurant . One of the beach attendants with a french sounding name “ Jai” or Je something took exceptional care of us. We returned that evening for drinks at the bar and dinner at Tao. We had a wonderful time and would consider a future stay if StolenTime wasn’t so equally brilliant

First off, I don't write many reviews, especially good ones. I was just married two weeks ago and my wife and I had many options for an all-inclusive Caribbean resort. Once we settled on St Lucia, we started narrowing the list. Body Holiday was intriguing to us because we both really enjoy a healthy lifestyle and we liked the idea of a fitness-oriented getaway. And the place had gotten great reviews. So we gave it a shot. Boy are we glad we did. It was better than even we had imagined. The first thing we noticed right away was the helpfulness of the staff. They are just so attentive, happy and friendly. When we got to our room, we were in heaven when we saw the incredible views of the water, the palm trees, and the cliffs. There is a daily spa treatment where you can get a body scrub, a massage, a body wrap or even a facial. They have other treatments that you can pay extra for but the ones I mentioned are included. The food at the restaurants is incredible. The Wellness cafe has a great breakfast/lunch menu until 4 pm and they pass the baton over to the Pavilion which will have buffet style eats after that. The nicer restaurants are Tao and Cariblue Windows, which you should get reservations for. But what makes this place so special is the activities. You can do just about anything you want. There are classes hourly between 7 am to 6 pm. You can participate in as few or as many as you want. Meditation, stretching, abs work, hip work, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, aqua fit, even things like mixology. There is also a daily walk and a few days a week they do a run. The class leaders or "bodyguards" are just awesome people. Not just friendly but fun and motivational. They'll even talk some playful trash with you. There is a sunset cruise on Friday nights that is totally worth it. The grounds are impeccable and it's like paradise. And they clean the rooms multiple times per day and bring in evening tea and little bites to your room at night. And when I had mentioned it was our honeymoon, they brought us breakfast in bed one morning and also champagne/sushi to our room one evening. It was maybe the best vacation either of us ever took. Simply magical and we will be back!

This is a beautiful resort, located on a delightful sandy cove. Transfer (by car) from the main international airport is about 1 hr 45 mins. From the moment of arrival staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. This continued until the moment we departed, and was a significant contributor to our experience. There is an extensive array of activities. Early morning walks, tennis, yoga, water sports, spinning, golf (not a full course but this can be arranged), water aerobics, dance classes etc. There is also a well equipped gym within the spa. We felt that we under utilised the facilities as we just wanted a relaxing holiday. However, that was our choice, and it was clear that a number of guests relished the extensive opportunities available. Our package included a daily spa treatment. These were to me, as a spa novice, really good. The massages were well delivered and very enjoyable. Once booked you are provided with an online access which enables the booking, or rescheduling, of spa treatments. It may be a reflection of my weak It skills but I struggled to use this. It didn’t matter that much as it was sorted out in person on arrival. There is a range of restaurants/places to eat. At the top end is Tao which was truly wonderful However due to demand you are limited to one reservation there per week. Cariblue Windows is a small restaurant that operates in the evenings and requires reservations. It isn’t open every evening. The Clubhouse does lunch and dinner with the latter having a simple, but good menu. Cariblue is the main restaurant serving buffet breakfast and lunch and a nice dinner menu. The Wellness Cafe opens early for coffee before expanding into breakfast and then switching to salads, wraps etc for light lunches. All have a full bar offering. The main bar is located centrally to the resort, as part of the Clubhouse and offers a comprehensive range of drinks, including cocktails. All menus contain some very healthy dishes. WiFi isn’t available throughout the resort but is available in rooms and certain areas (e.g. concierge desk, Library etc.) which is great for limiting the disruption caused by FaceTime calls and business discussions. Guests are encouraged to respect the peace and serenity. It was a positive that when some lunatic thought it was a good idea to fly a drone over thee bay that guest services responded quickly and positively. The only negative, for us, was there were a number of sizeable groups of American guests who just have no volume control, but maybe we were just unlucky with timing. A really great place, especially for those seeking a packed day of activities.
