I went to Alrawdhah restaurant for lunch; their buffet has many delicious food varieties. Thanks to Mr Shadi restaurant supervisor for his politeness and follow-up. My thanks to the girls in restaurant reception for their attention and follow-up and all team.

They are very polite and kind and professional , I don’t want to forget ms Jihan from the guest Relation and above all of them, Mr. Ashraf refaat and his kindness to us which is make our stay so grateful thanks to all the staff of Crown Plaza hotel

From the very first step into Grand Plaza Hotel in Medina, I felt something different — something deeper than service, deeper than hospitality. I felt sincerity, humanity, and a level of care that cannot be taught… only lived. Amr at reception was the definition of excellence. His professionalism was beyond outstanding — precise, attentive, and completely dedicated. He didn’t just do his job; he elevated the entire experience. Jihan and Hidaya welcomed us with hearts before smiles. Their kindness, humility, and warmth were genuine. They went above and beyond to secure a Haram view room for us — but more than that, they made us feel seen, respected, and cared for. The Duty Manager, Amr, showed a level of generosity that speaks volumes about the culture of this place. Offering us a complimentary dinner for two nights was not just a gesture — it was true hospitality. Abdulrahman, Wiam, and Shah — each one of them added something meaningful to our stay. Their kindness, presence, and sincerity truly made a difference. But I also want to say this from the bottom of my heart: to every single person who made this experience what it was — the room service team, the housekeeping staff who prepared our room with care, the team members in the lobby who greeted us with respect, the staff at the elevators, the dining and cafeteria team, and the manager upstairs — thank you. If I did not mention your name, please forgive me. You were seen, you were appreciated, and you were part of something truly special. Every small act, every smile, every detail mattered. But what I experienced here cannot be explained only by service. This is Medina. This is the city whose people welcomed the Prophet ﷺ over 1,400 years ago. We read about their generosity, their open hearts, their character — and we think of it as history. But here… I saw it. I felt it. I lived it. There is something in the people of this city — a sincerity and generosity that cannot be imitated. It is not trained. It comes from the heart. I am writing this with real emotion. I am overwhelmed with gratitude. This experience humbled me. To the entire team at Grand Plaza Hotel: You did not just provide service. You carried a legacy.
