“Near to gate 338”
Big lobby with Small rooms, clean bathrooms only bed uncomforted, some bed looks broken, however, the overall cleanliness of the rooms is impressive. “missing handphone in hotel room”
After checkout we realized that we have left one handphone in our room 637. Informed our agency to check with the hotel and the answered was no handphone found. The workers are not honest. Cant believe that happened in Medina. The room is average, food are tasteless with sour sambal
