“Brilliant”
I came for umrah with my family of 5. We had an upgrade into an executive room for free… just wonderful. We then were served by Mohammed Zaki in the restaurant and he was very attentive and quick to serve us. Many thanks for a brilliant service. We will no doubt return in future years to come.

“Great hotel and staff”
The hotel and staff were great. The hotel had a shuttles service to Al Masjed Al Nabawi. When the hotel discovered that I forgot money at the hotel, Manager Ali contacted me, and traveled to the airport to deliver the money.

“Good hotel but beware of noisy construction”
This is basically a good hotel. We had a three bedrooms suit for six people and it was comfortable. The breakfast is very good although not luxurious.
