I had stayed there for almost a week with my family I had stayed in one room suite with my small family the place was so cleaned, spacious room, the furniture was ok and the toilet was working in a proper way. I had stayed there for almost a week with my family I had stayed in one room suite with my small family the place was so cleaned, spacious room, the furniture was ok and the toilet was working in a proper way. Also, small kids swimming pool in public area was available. the problem only with that hotel was the location, whereas it was a little bit far from the downtown (new area) noting that nearby there was a small branch of Hyperpanda for collecting the basics.

The receptionists were very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious but make sure you do not have a room overlooking the main street to avoid the hassle. I also wish the hotel management to increase the soundproofing where you can hear all the moves and sounds in the corridor while you are inside… more

This hotel is part of a chain of mid-range hotels found in most cities in the Kingdom. The standard rooms have separate sitting, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. They are roomy (bathroom a little small), very clean and well appointed. Room service is quick and friendly and the choice is OK Very helpful, when they can be, to extend checkout times which is very welcome when doing business in the heat and you can return and shower before heading out. Check in and out are fast, friendly and accurate. One drawback is that the breakfasts are very ordinary when it comes to choice and service. There is a great basic cafe/food seller across the road which has very tasty food at good prices. Despite being a chain, the staff are quite welcoming, flexible, and friendly. And the prices are very competitive by Saudi standards especially considering the large rooms. Would not hesitate to recommend and will return when business takes me there next.
