“Excellent business stay”
Being in Jeddah on business, this hotel was recommended by business associates. I stayed 10 nights, so had a good opportunity to see most facilities. “Moderate”
Hello, the lobby had a pool smell all the time. The AC in the rooms was loud and always cold. The rooms were clean. The food was good. We had to walk around and use several elevators to get to the food court which was in the ball room because of renovation.

“memories on my birthday”
disappointed on my birthday. to be honest, i didnt enjoy much, the food was only like 5 kinds and we were only the guest that time. i didnt enjoy the food. the ambience was so dull, the waiter was not friendly. and he was not approachable. maybe i was just expecting too much
