We recently hosted a business meeting at SHIRVAN Hotel City Yard Jeddah, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The venue offers a perfect combination of elegance, comfort, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality, making it an ideal destination for corporate meetings and events. The meeting room was beautifully prepared, spacious, modern, and designed with great attention to detail. Everything was organized perfectly before our arrival, from the seating arrangement to the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. The environment created the perfect balance between professionalism and comfort, allowing our meeting to run smoothly and productively. What truly made our experience remarkable was the level of service. Every member of the team was attentive, welcoming, and highly professional. They handled every request promptly and with genuine care, making us feel valued throughout the entire event. A very special thank you to Mr. Mohammed Waseem, whose professionalism, leadership, and warm hospitality were truly exceptional. His dedication to ensuring every detail was perfect did not go unnoticed. He went above and beyond to make sure our meeting was a success, and his presence reflected the high standards of the hotel. I would also like to sincerely recognize Shaker and Nouman, who were both incredibly helpful, polite, and efficient. Their positive attitude and readiness to assist at every moment added tremendous value to the overall experience. In addition, appreciation goes to the rest of the staff team, who were all courteous, organized, and committed to delivering first-class service. It is clear that teamwork and guest satisfaction are priorities here. The food and refreshments were another highlight of the day—excellent quality, delicious taste, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. Everything was served on time and exceeded expectations. Overall, SHIRVAN Hotel City Yard Jeddah provided one of the finest business meeting experiences we have had. For anyone looking for a premium venue with outstanding service, elegant facilities, and a highly professional team, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended, and we will certainly return again. Five stars without hesitation.

I regularly stay at this hotel. Classy, tasteful decor, friendly, helpful and professional staff who respond immediately to any concerns, no loud noise and apparently well insulated walls, very private and an excellent restaurant and coffee place in the lobby. Nearby are all manner of quality restaurants. The rooms themselves are well designed, decorated and extremely conducive to a pleasant stay and good night’s sleep. This establishment is outstanding. I hope they keep up the great work because since they opened, the standard has remained high.
