Went during last 8 days of Ramadan...so finding a hotel was alhamdulillah!. The hotel is about a mile away from masjid al haram (10-15 mins walk depending on your speed) and directly opposite jannat ul molah. the hotel was fine...but does need updating and a refurb. Bathroom needs some work that… more

I had booked well in advance to secure room This year shuttle transport services were not upto assured standards. NO Provision for Tea pot / Micro Owen. Room Service always negative answers Front Office staff , House keeping (laundry section) were very helpful.
