“Extra payment charges”
Positive reviews; ● Some English speaking staff members at front desk were very friendly and helpful. ● Provided spacious rooms and hotel was clean. “Need to improve on services”
I check in the hotel and no towels at bathroom, called the housekeeping immediately for the towels only receipt next day despite reminder them by call or talk to the person in charge in the counter. Room is nice, the shuttle bas to Haram is realible.
