“Relax”
Everyhing was more than great.everyone was very polite,room was super clean.spa is beutiful🥰 inside and outside pools are great breakfast was super teasty,there is enough options for everyone,from cereals,tuna,croasan,sausages and eggs,cheese😋 We felt wery welcome and will come again for sure.

“A good hotel”
Very solid hotel. Nice and clean, food is alright, located above Vrsac with a nice view. Stayed for a business conference, everything was well organised. Rooms are nice with a lot of space. Everything looks and works ok. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“restoration, as soon as possible”
Hotel is getting kind of ragged, broken tiles around open pool,weed growing in beetween, residue on the bottom of the poolroom carpets ragged with stains, bathroom white stains too, bad cushions,poor mattreses. THIS HOTEL WAS AN INSTITUTION,so it has to be restorateds as soon as possible

“Grand imposing building, but fails on little details”
This is an impressive building, but standards aren't 4 star. AC didn't work. Two small overpriced bottles of water in minibar in 35 degrees heat, and no room service?Toiletries were cheap and nasty with tiny scraps of soap. Staff were polite.

“Not in line with number of stars”
Clean hotel, nice new part, renewed, but staff below 20 years, without knowledge and necessarry kindness. Breakfast with not so manu options. Launch and dinner very good. Not adequate technical support in congress center. Water in pools with to many chlorine. Turkish bathroom out of usage.
