Long overdue but well deserving. We had the best home away from home staycation here right from check-in to check-out to welcome our February. Check-in queue was long but it doesn't feel long and the kids were given tote bags and colouring materials that they can keep themself busy. Special shoutout to Winnie, Diva, Farez and the floaties uncle by the pool for their extraordinary services! We stayed in the cosy family room and the rooms were spotless, with thoughtful touches like the water faucet at the sink in the room—staying hydrated was effortless. Three pools, gym with a view and loads of relaxing hangout areas, and a truly family-friendly vibe made this stay unforgettable. Not to forget there is vending machine of snacks and instant noodles and the free flow water refill as well as ICE at the pool/gym area!! Farez topped it all off by sending the kids off with little souvenirs, especially Tiki and Taka. Such a thoughtful gesture! Thank you team Village Sentosa!

Great stay! Arrival was such a highlight - Bella (Customer Happiness) made everything so fun. She has pure sunshine energy and it was such a lovely start to the stay to have that reception and care, and onwards. 5/5 for Bella. The rooms have super-crisp air con; clean wood-look floors, and a light, pastel, happy feel overall. The hotel's great for families - calming, soft aesthetic, lovely pools (a few types, so kids will be happy). You can walk to Universal Studios, the beaches, 7-Elevens, etc. and take the free hotel shuttle bus (goes to beach and Vivo City shopping centre, which is a great place to go - lovely staff bus driver guy too) or the monorail too for free with your hotel booking, and I saw some free public buses also. Vending machines near the lifts were great and had normal supermarket pricing (not inflated, which felt caring), plus complimentary wooden utensil packs nearby. The filtered water tap in the bathroom was great, and the towels and sheets were very clean. Daytime housekeepers were friendly and did a good job. I also like the cute cafe downstairs (my kids loved the choc / pandan waffles). The hallways are fresh-looking with beige carpet and wood-look walls - just a nice, bright vibe compared to most hotels. I loved it. Jenny, Mei Yan, and Naim, are great housekeepers who make you feel at home, comfortable and just have that extra sparkle to their work. Winnie - another customer satisfaction manager - is lovely, and other staff Serena and Issam helped my son when he cut his foot at the pool, which I really appreciated. Improvement-wise, the onsite restaurant (Native Kitchen) was okay, but a bit expensive. Breakfast there was nice, but room service (I ordered that three times) was oilier than I’d prefer - the grilled asparagus and salmon left a greasy feel. Daytime room cleanliness itself was good (although having earlier cleaning / set time cleaning - while people are at breakfast so they can return to a made-up room, not going into the afternoon - would be best); and the hallways could use more attention, especially in the evenings - more effort to take away wet towels, takeaway rubbish outside doors, and spills; and clean the vending machine glass and windows near elevators (kids' hand prints). Overall, I would stay again. Next time, I’d probably book two rooms for more space. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that seems typical for Singapore. The location is epic and the hotel is really lovely and has that village, homey feel they are going for. I would stay again :-) and look forward to it. Excellent hotel in Sentosa a short walk to the monorail station and down to the beaches through sensescape. Excellent hotel in Sentosa a short walk to the monorail station and down to the beaches through sensescape. Rooms are small (we had interconnecting family room with one teen girl) with poor storage but made up for by outstanding pool area and a great buffet breakfast. There is. 7/11 opposite is handy. We would stay here again, Sentosa has a real holiday vibe.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location for fun on Sentosa island. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the breakfast food is varied and plentiful. Lovely hotel in the perfect location for fun on Sentosa island. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the breakfast food is varied and plentiful. The monorail station is 5 mins walk away and is free when travelling on the island. Resort world is less than 10 minutes walk and so is the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here, the only thing that let it down was the small rooms and literally nowhere to hang your clothes, there’s a couple of wooden pegs in the wall near the door to hang your jackets, but no cupboards, no drawers, nowhere at all for all your clothes.
