The location is very convenient. And a few shopping mall nearby, like Novena, Square 2 and Velocity. The staff here were friendly and helpful. Especially a big thank you to Daniel and Norissa gave us early check in. Think they can sense how tired and exhausted we are.

The staff were extremely friendly and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Iryati went above and beyond by extending our late check-out until 6:00 PM, as we had a late flight.
