“Charming hotel not far from good ski location”

I was positively surprised by the quality of this new built hotel. They have good sized rooms for a family of four, enough storage facility and a nice bathroom. The pool is a bit cold however a great entertainment for kids, the sauna worked well too. Food is good, however the staff in the restaurant is absolutely uninterested in guests. They had strange comments, would not show up at our table for long time, would forget to serve the drinks and haven't asked us one single time if we want to drink more. As far as I know drinks are the source of additional profit so it is surprising that the waiter don't want to provide good service in it. One of them even asked me not to talk to her because she gets confused. Seriously? Someone should tell the owners that there is something to be fixed there... Otherwise a really good place to stay with nice facilities.

I don’t recommend this hotel for demanding customers. Baby friendly and pet friendly hotel is clean and personal is nice, but don’t expect luxury accomodation. Breakfast is smaller selection (from 8AM - quite late for turist who want to go on hiking soon in the morning), but not bad. Dinner is good… more

I don’t recommend this hotel for demanding customers. Baby friendly and pet friendly hotel is clean and personal is nice, but don’t expect luxury accomodation. Breakfast is smaller selection (from 8AM - quite late for turist who want to go on hiking soon in the morning), but not bad. Dinner is good but you need to come at beginning (at 6PM) because later is food cold and out of stock. Wellness are two small saunas (from 5AM) and when you want to go there, you should ask on reception if it’s on. Finland sauna was ok but steamy sauna was weak and cold. So one sauna for whole hotel.. Swimmingpool is ok, when there isn’t 10 kids :)) So next time, another place :)

I book the hotel owned by Italian owner via a webpage offering reduction for the sejour but in the end, we paid more then if we booked via booking . The children under 6years have a a free food and accommodation as stipulated in their web. In the end, they made us pay for a child 30 eur/night with an excuse, that the child did not sleep between the parents and only in this case its for free. How can they know it? First night we wanted to have a dinner, but the blond waitress told us to wait 1 hour, since due to covid there can be only 12 people in the dining room and other people are waiting already. I asked to have a priority since all people with kids under 6 have priority normally in Slovakia and a 4- year old must be in bed at 19 h, but she refused. Then she put us on terrasse, where it was cold and all family got a cold, with 2 weeks of consequences and temperature. After she told us, that she invented the rule of 12 people, normally its 15, so in this case , we would fit inside. This waitress was not very nice other evenings neither, since she asked us to be early at the dinner, so she can finish soon, and dealt with us as if we bother her. IN the morning, there was no waiter, since the Italian owner wants to reduce costs and nobody asked us if we need anything. So we asked a receptionist for a hot milk every morning. IN the evening, I got a temperature due to the fact ,that I got a cold since they refused to serve us at dining room and I needed a warmer cover and a hot tea, but at the reception , nobody appeared even if we rang the bell. The swimming pool is too cold for adults and for kids, so its not worth to pay if we can stay maximum 0,5 h inside, even though they said it has 30 C, it was not true. Other person employed there as a manager, when we asked for a billiard before 21 h, she told us something in the sense...ok, but only half an hour, since they have to tolerate us", which does not sound very welcoming.The food was average. I would not return to this hotel and would look for the hotel owned by Slovaks since I felt that the staff is not happy there and in the end you pay more as u were to suppose to pay, which is something typical from Italy. Moreover, we had a room where was a noise from the cars se we had to sleep with the closed window.
