“Average service”
The front staff especially reservations require customer service training. The lady who assisted with check-in was very helpful, a twin bedroom was reserved and she changed it for me.

“Mayfair Assesment”
Mayfair hotel is situated in best location and close proximity to the mall. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff members are friendly and helpful.

Toilet roll holder broken, shower door dont close, shower has black mould and toilet seat was dirty, carpets smell and make your feet itchy immediately, the airconditioners never heat or cool rooms at all.
