We had the most relaxing and enjoyable weekend at Sani Pass Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, which made our stay even more special. The food was excellent — a huge thank you to the chef for preparing special meals with such care and attention to detail. It truly did not go unnoticed and was deeply appreciated. There was so much to do and enjoy during our stay. We had an amazing time horse riding to the waterfall, playing mini golf, and simply soaking in the beautiful views of the golf course from our room. The spa treatments were also a highlight — the massages were absolutely fantastic. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pools, both the outdoor pool and the heated indoor pool looked very inviting. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway.

This resort is really lovely. The many amenities are well kept and are ready for use at any time. The grounds and gardens are kept in an excellent state and are delightful for a short walk. Our room was large and very well appointed with a small patio and two chairs. It would have been perfect with the addition of a small table for books, binoculars, drinks etc. The dining room was attractive and the food celebrated African cuisine as well as European. The staff were charming and helpful at all times and the common areas of the building were spotless and tastefully decorated. I can highly recommend Premier Resort Sani Pass

Beautiful place, close to Sani pass etc. My gripe is with some of the staff. Twice in one day they got our order wrong by not listening, how do you confuse ordering a steelworx for two large bottles of water? When asked if I wanted a certain item, I said "zero" the person wrote down "seven" and o… more

Beautiful place, close to Sani pass etc. My gripe is with some of the staff. Twice in one day they got our order wrong by not listening, how do you confuse ordering a steelworx for two large bottles of water? When asked if I wanted a certain item, I said "zero" the person wrote down "seven" and ordered it. Told another person that we'll pay the bill the next morning since they already have all our details and it's getting late, a guy knocked on the door at 10 pm-ish telling us the bill must be paid immediately. Then there's the issue of waiters bringing you your drinks or food and then never returning to ask if we need anything extra/else. We then go back to the room and get looked at as if we never planned on paying, once again they have the room number and can just remind you later that day or the next morning, not like we forgot, we just waited too long and won't beg someone to do their job. Kids running around the corridors, knocking on doors and making a huge noise until late. I understand how kids work, but they could at least put up a sign or notice stating that others might need to leave early the next day and that respecting others peace might need to be right thing to do. Also, I understand billing someone for using the place's fishing gear etc, but if I bring my own, why charge me for that? I know it's only 50 bucks which I don't care about, but come on man? You're already charging 20 to 30 bucks more for a beer, don't be greedy. Once again, great place, reception and many others are very friendly and professional, but you can at least look at some of these things.
