Establishment very clean and refreshing. Security guard was excellent as he approached me with an umbrella as it was raining and escorted me to the reception area.

I stayed at Umthunzi for a quick business trip in Port Shepstone. I had a lovely sea facing room with balcony. The room was clean and spacious with all facilities needed. Staff were friendly and welcoming

“SLIGHTLY DISSAPOINTING”
The room we were allocated had a sea view, but the veranda, bench was unstable and nails where protruding. I had to ask for the bedding to be replaced as the sheets had not been changed.
