“Peaceful and well appointed”
Beautiful setting on the river. Rooms are very comfortable with nice extra touches such as a small kitchenette. Real coffee with a French press. Quiet allows for a good sleep. Delicious breakfasts. Staff are friendly and helpful.

“Fantastic stay.”
The reception was great so the meals .The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms big and the hot blankets the best for Upington cold nights

“great location on the Orange River”
The best part of our stay was the fantastic location on the Orange River. The Manor is set in a spacious, beautiful garden right on the river. We had a wonderful view from our balcony. “River Place Manor”
Superb spot in Upington on the banks of the Orange River. We were on our way to The Kalahari and stayed overnight , cannot fault the spot - fantastic room , great food , staff were amazing - highly recommended. We will definitely be back and will tell all our friends about it. Tania & Rob
