“Last minute emergency”
After a last minute BA flight cancellation from Cape Town to London we arrived at The Pullman at 1.00 a.m. I can only say how wonderful the staff were for our entire stay and we are now back at the airport and hopefully will get home but if we don’t would definitely book a taxi back to The Pullman!
