Brandon was by far the most helpful, professional, and genuinely caring person I met during my stay at the hotel. He was always available, extremely attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. What impressed me most was his positive attitude, professionalism, and the way he treated me with genuine kindness and respect. He made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. People like Brandon are what make a hotel experience truly memorable. He is an outstanding representative of the hotel and a real asset to the team. She made me feel welcomed and valued, and she handled every interaction with a level of calmness, attentiveness, and care that deserves to be recognised! Sasha-Lee is truly an asset to your organisation. Employees like her are often the reason guests leave with a positive impression, return in the future, and confidently recommend a hotel to their friends, families, colleagues, and professional networks. Her service made a meaningful difference to my experience, and I sincerely hope her contribution is acknowledged and celebrated by the management team. I would also like to recognise Christina, who was wonderful to interact with as well. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful throughout our interactions. When I wanted a meal at approximately 1am, she happily prepared it for me without making the request feel like an inconvenience. She remained warm, willing and attentive despite the late hour, and that level of dedication deserves to be recognised. “Good location & excellent customer service”

Staff were exceptionally friendly & welcoming, the hotel is in a good part of the city with easy access via walking or the shuttle provided by the hotel. The rooms are spacious with comfortable bed. All round it was an excellent stay.
