“Beautiful house with very famous guests”
Super friendly owner, nice and interesting collections, Victorian style furniture, elegant floral decoration with fresh flowers in the room, nice garden and pool. Highly recommended.

“Impressive stay in Montagu”
Best historical place and accomodation we ever where. Stunning hospitality by John. Sitting outside at the Veranda discussing things with a beer into the night....a good bar inside....we felt at home. Thanks very much, John! We loved staying with you!

“The Highlight of our Vacation”
We stayed at this guesthouse for the second time, and again, it was fantastic. The building, loaded with history and memorabilia is worth being seen. “Victoriana delight”
Kingna Lodge is a stunningly decorated Victorian home on the main street of Montagu. Each room had its own charming bathroom and period furniture. The room has a heater and extra blanket, which is needed in autumn as it gets nippy in the evenings, plus the bed has a top sheet, always a nice touch. … more
