I assume this hotel is actually The Base Hotel... address is almost correct (540-2 vs 540-10) so I write based on my stay at The Base Hotel. Stayed there one week at December on a business trip. The hotel changed its name to The Base. The room was comfortable, also the bed and pillow. The room has a separate living room with a couch and a small sofa.
