This hotel was really nice and exceptionally clean. It was in a good area to be able to see a lot during our visit. M.K. at check in was very nice and helped us figure out what to do and pointed us in the right direction. There was also a free breakfast that I thought we would have to pay for, but it was free and had lots of things to try as well as eggs and toast and many other things. There was instant coffee in the room and they gave us a pack of all kinds of things we might need like soap, shampoo and conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste and a razor and all kinds of stuff that was handy to have. The only thing that was a little difficult was that the girl at the reception desk did not speak any English. It was fine when M.K. was there, but if she was the only one around it was difficult. We communicated by typing in our question on the phone and having it translated with her phone. The area was not great, but right around the corner it was wonderful. A wide and beautiful boardwalk with lots of food and coffee. There was not a lot of English anywhere, and was hard to find a menu for dinner that was in English. We finally found an Italian place righ on the corner about a block away that was called something like Family Restaurant or something like that. Many coffee places, but not so many dinner places except for all seafood and not much English, so that was difficult. Loved the small tram that we took to Chinatown and gave us a good view of the area, and was very inexpensive. Maybe $5pp and you could get off at other stations to look around. The train only goes one way, so was easy to figure out and not get lost.

“Pretty views at your disposal”

This hotel is smack in the middle of all the attractions in Wolmido. Makes everything easy to access, clean, the noise from outside doesnt get in(or didnt in my case on the 5th floor). This hotel is smack in the middle of all the attractions in Wolmido. Makes everything easy to access, clean, the noise from outside doesnt get in(or didnt in my case on the 5th floor). However, I shall remove a star for one reason alone, there was a hole on the wall, it wasn't a hole leading outside but I think maintenance should be done. Apart from that, perfect!!!

“Nice hotel and great location ”

Family stopover in Korea and decided to try something different rather than Seoul. The hotel was very good with the room and ammenities all excellent. Family stopover in Korea and decided to try something different rather than Seoul. The hotel was very good with the room and ammenities all excellent. The location is also fantastic right on the harbour and close to the amusement park. Nothing to do with the hotel however we found the local restaurant food a little difficult to order as English was limited and all Korean seafood. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning a visit here.

“Bit disappointing but fine for 1 night”

Stayed here one night on a trip away from Seoul. The location is great-close to the sea and the main promenade. It was very quiet. Our room had lovely views and the roof terrace is wonderful-we took our own food and drinks there as the restaurant didn’t seem to be open. Not sure if there was breakf… more

Stayed here one night on a trip away from Seoul. The location is great-close to the sea and the main promenade. It was very quiet. Our room had lovely views and the roof terrace is wonderful-we took our own food and drinks there as the restaurant didn’t seem to be open. Not sure if there was breakfast as we didn’t have that with our Agoda deal. The room was spacious and modern but had been very well used. We didn’t find sleep as good as it should be as it felt there was a plastic mattress cover or something like that. There were also small flies. Not sure if they were biters. Also, make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo-new government law doesn’t allow single use toiletries and this hotel hasn’t got round to providing dispensers. I begged at reception and got two small bars of soap. A bit of a let down.
