We stayed at INSPIRE Entertainment Resort for one night before an early flight from Incheon Airport. It was very different from the hotels we normally choose, but we found the experience interesting and genuinely enjoyable. The resort is extremely large and has an energetic, entertaining atmosphere. There is plenty to explore, including numerous restaurants, shops and entertainment facilities. We also visited the casino briefly, which was an interesting addition to the stay. Although we travelled as a couple, the resort also appeared very suitable for families, with enough activities to keep both adults and children entertained. We stayed in the Forest Tower. Our room was clean, quiet and perfectly adequate for one night, although it felt more functional than luxurious and was not the main highlight of the resort. The hotel has several towers and room categories, so it is worth checking carefully which section you are booking, as each may offer a somewhat different experience. The staff were professional and the resort was well maintained. Considering the extensive facilities and convenient location for an overnight stay before a flight, we felt it offered reasonable value. We did not try the breakfast because of our early departure. Overall, this was a fun and memorable place to experience for one night, particularly for travellers who enjoy large entertainment resorts. We would also consider returning with our children.

My mom did our family reunion here since she was participating in a Soroptimist International Woman’s conference. The hotel reminds me of Las Vegas Hotels with over the top jaw dropping decor. Some of the dinning staff is a nice but instead of saying they don’t know or don’t understand, they presume stuff and then get the order wrong. I asked for milk/cream for my coffee and the guy sold me a whole glass serving of milk. Then that same day in the evening a lady took our dinner order, we told her my daughter and I were going to share a plate and my parents were going to share a meal and she brought out 4 dinners instead of 2. We are very grateful and appreciate the shuttle service to and from the airport to hotel. It was timely, clean, and friendly driver. My son forgot his water bottle on the bus and he was able to get it back when we returned to the hotel later that day. Smooth, calm driver. We did have a good experience with Brian/Bryan from Concierge- he helped us book a DMZ and pottery tour. The DMZ tour fizzled as there was a misunderstanding with the taxi. But the next day Bryan came up to the room and explained the details and booked the taxi and had everything organized for us. He was so nice and easy to understand we definitely recommend ordering tours and activities with him. Marvin from concierge was also helpful in getting us a taxi van for our large group. My kids lost the key card and the front desk staff helped us quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed walking around and seeing all the shops. This place is enormous! The rooms are very clean and each day the beds and bathroom were freshened up. The cleaning lady was very sweet and she cleaned quickly with a lot of detail- she would fold the toilet paper into a small arrow. I do wish they had a laundromat or if the rooms had a washer/dryer. I don’t like cleaning service for my causal vacation clothes and prefer to do it myself. I also wish the small restaurants and nice to cu would offer room delivery service.

I went there for IVE concert. You can take a taxi from the terminal which will cost around 10,000 KRW. There will be a free shuttle taking you back to terminal after a concert. “Great for families but too high of a price tag”

We recently stayed at Inspire Entertainment Resort with our family, and while we had a fun time, we left feeling that the overall experience didn't justify the premium price. Pros: There's an impressive amount to do without ever leaving the complex. The Aurora digital ceiling show was stunning, and our child absolutely loved it. The arcade was surprisingly reasonably priced compared to everything else. The restaurants served food that was generally above average in quality. Having two CU convenience stores on-site was convenient, even if the prices were inflated. The in-room iPad made requesting amenities quick and easy. Email communication before and during our stay was prompt and efficient. Splash Bay is well-maintained and a great water park for younger children because it's relatively small and easy to manage. Cons: The biggest disappointment was the lack of meaningful Hilton Diamond recognition. It honestly makes me wonder why Inspire joined Hilton when elite status is almost entirely ignored. We only received breakfast for two (à la carte), with: No room upgrade (we were given a parking lot view) No late checkout No executive lounge access No early check-in The resort also provides endless opportunities to spend money, but almost everything is severely overpriced. There are several themed kids' cafés, but each costs around ₩40,000 per child. Splash Bay charges around ₩35,000 per person—including young children—which felt excessive. By the time a family enjoys the buffet and a couple of attractions, it's easy to spend close to ₩1,000,000 in a single stay. The room itself was fairly basic, making the weekend room rates difficult to justify. The property is enormous—similar to a Las Vegas mega-resort—so expect a lot of walking just to get around. Check-in was also painfully slow. There were only three employees working the front desk during peak check-in time, which seemed completely inadequate for a resort of this size. Overall, Inspire can be a fun destination for families, especially with young children, but it's hard to recommend at full price. We'd only consider returning if we found a particularly good package or promotional deal.
