We spent our last night here and it was a pleasant ending to our trip. The service was exceptional. Upon entering the hotel, a staff immediately came over to help us with luggage and directed us to the front-desk. Both our check-in and check-out was handled by the same staff member, who was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. The rooms are massive, and the beds are super comfortable. Pro-tip: Grab a coffee, sit by the window, and enjoy the view. We spent the morning watching the planes take off from the tarmac - it's strangely therapeutic (we stayed in the red wing). Our room included access to the Cimer Spa, which was the perfect way to unwind. However, if you are staying for only one night, head to the spa immediately! The hotel check-in is at 3PM but the spa closes at 7PM on weekdays and 9PM on weekends. Food-wise, there are plenty of food options in the plaza area but do note that most of them closes by 9PM. If you need a late night fix, you can head to the 24-hour convenience store located on the premise at the plaza area. Overall, we are happy to end our journey on a high note. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to the airport making it convenient. We will be happy to stay here again, perhaps for a longer time the next round.

Expansive resort very close to Incheon airport, with lots to do on site, well appointed rooms . Pre arrival prompt and helpful communication. Upon arrival service levels continued to be high , with a member of the team even escorting me to the local hairdresser to help me communicate. The rooms were modern and well maintained, The resort it self was clean throughout. We had booked via Stay and Play, so I though a welcome for fans would have been a nice personal touch, even though separate paid packages were available. Unlike it's counter part the Art Paradiso there were no welcome gestures, such as card, cakes, or fruits in the room, so if a more personalised experience is something that is important then this maybe a consideration. The food and beverage was of really high standard at breakfast and at La Scala, where we enjoyed a BTS themed set menu, not only did they kindly arrange a dietary tailored version, it was an exceptional meal with service to match. The plaza and surrounding facilities such as Cimer, Megabox ect will make spending a few days here quite entertaining. Besides if you're a BTS fan, you can do a Kim Taehyung treasure hunt( unofficial lol), as there as amazing video and images of him all over the hotel. Having visited during BTS in the City event, there were even more BTS related things to enjoy, so that was a bonus. The hotel also has unique sculptures throughout and an art gallery, which was nice to explore. The hotel has a convenient shuttle to/from the airport, fast and easy. We had to travel from the site to Myeongdong and it took less then 1 hour, 60-70,000 krwn by taxi and metro to airport with shuttle was little over an hour( unless you get lost and end up walking from the airport, that takes a little longer , lol). So perhaps not the best base if you want to explore Seoul thoroughly , but certainly do-able if you want to take a trip during a short stay. There was a little house keeping issue, which was addressed and aside from wanting a slightly more personalised experience , I would still rate this property an easy 5 star and most certainly would visit again, infact we plan to. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family, as post arrival/pre departure stay when visiting South Korea.

Our family ends every trip to Korea at Paradise City, and it has become a meaningful tradition for us. Although we had a small issue with our room at the beginning, Ms. Ahhyun Choi handled it with such sincerity and care that it completely changed our experience. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Our final dinner at On The Plate was also memorable thanks to Bella Kim’s warm and attentive service, and our time at Wonderbox brought us joy every single day. More than anything, it’s the people — the thoughtful staff, the warm greetings, and the consistent kindness — that make us return year after year. We don’t know when we’ll have the chance to return again, but if given the opportunity, we would love to create more memories here in the future.

This was my third stay at Paradise, and it didn’t disappoint. Service top notch every time. The Grand Premier room is spacious and well appointed, high quality bed and linens, with a bonus powder room. Fantastic and prompt room service—both Korean and Western breakfast options are outstanding. Really convenient to access Incheon airport with shuttle bus every 30 min. This time we had a lot of fun at the poker tournament events held in the casino, and will definitely consider staying extra day or two for their next event.
