I stayed at the Sheraton my first two days in South Korea. It was about a 1/2 ride from the Icheon airport and is in Songdo, a futuristic city near Incheon, built from scratch on reclaimed land as a model "smart city" with integrated sensors for traffic/waste, ubiquitous Wi-Fi, and smart infrastructure, featuring green spaces like Central Park and canals. In fact, it is right across the street from Central Park, which is modeled after New York City's Central Park, but it is safe to walk through at night. The staff is very helpful and friendly and speak good English. There is a fridge and microwave in the room, a card key is used, toiletries are provided and there is free wifi. There is a master control pad which controls all the lights and temperature. The hotel has a well-equipped gym on the 6th floor with a wide variety of exercise equipment, weight machines, free weights, and aerobic equipment. The pool is 19 meters long. The hotel has a breakfast buffet with a large choice of things to choose from and the items are both Western and Korean. They have an omelette station, fresh fruits, breads, pastries, coffee macines, cereal,etc. The staff clears your table immediately and several times they cleared my place when I had just gotten up to get more to eat. Overall this hotel was a very nice place to stay.

I live abroad, and during the Chuseok holidays, I returned to Korea to celebrate my mother’s 70th birthday. I planned a one-night stay at the Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel to spend some quiet, meaningful time together. Having stayed over 460 nights at Marriott hotels worldwide, I can confidently say this stay was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had. Before our arrival, Ms. Olivia (Ji-hyun Lee) called to confirm our purpose of visit, preferences, and special requests. Her professionalism and warm communication made us feel truly welcomed. During our stay, she continued to ensure everything was comfortable, especially for my mother. My mother, who usually doesn’t express emotions easily, kept saying how cared for and respected she felt throughout our time there. Even though the weather was not ideal, Ms. Olivia kindly arranged for us to use the sauna facilities, which made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. What impressed us most was the handwritten note and a small thoughtful gift that Ms. Olivia prepared. It was a simple yet meaningful gesture that made our stay extra special. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the fitness center was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Our room had a beautiful view, which made our stay even more pleasant and relaxing. All other staff members we met were also courteous and professional. The hotel’s facilities — from the Club Lounge to the bedding — met the high standards expected of Sheraton. The only minor inconvenience was that the elevators took some time due to the high number of guests, but it did not overshadow the overall wonderful experience. Thanks to Ms. Olivia and the Sheraton team, my mother and I had a truly pleasant and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family — it offers warmth, comfort, and professionalism in every detail. I look forward to visiting again on my next trip to Korea.

“Exceptional Service, Great Location, Highly Recommend!”

This is by far the best Sheraton Hotel! The staff are exceptional (Shoutout Executive Club Team!) . The maids are constantly working and keep the rooms SO clean! We use it for Staycations. This is by far the best Sheraton Hotel! The staff are exceptional (Shoutout Executive Club Team!) . The maids are constantly working and keep the rooms SO clean! We use it for Staycations. It is one of 4 Marriott Properties in South Korea which takes small dogs. Great location right on Central Park. Excellent Room Service, including Sherin the LG Robot. We'll be back and highly recommend!

“Good hotel in an excellent location in Incheon”

A good hotel in a fantastic location in Incheon. The bedrooms are in excellent condition, my only gripe is that the complimentary coffee pods are low in number. If you suffer from jetlag like I do, then one strong and one medium strength capsule in a room for 2 people is not enough. The gym is well… more

A good hotel in a fantastic location in Incheon. The bedrooms are in excellent condition, my only gripe is that the complimentary coffee pods are low in number. If you suffer from jetlag like I do, then one strong and one medium strength capsule in a room for 2 people is not enough. The gym is well equipped, modern and clean. Breakfasts cover a range of tastes, although the rotation of a variety of different dishes over a number days is low - again only a minor thing. This is a nice hotel to stay at.
