As an international airline captain, I have the privilege of staying in hotels all over the world, and I have stayed at Conrad Seoul several times over the years. What impresses me most is not just how exceptional this hotel is, but how consistently exceptional it remains. Every visit has been outstanding. The level of professionalism, warmth, courtesy, and genuine hospitality shown by every member of the staff never changes. Whether it’s the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, or restaurant team, everyone is attentive, welcoming, and sincerely committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. That level of consistency is incredibly rare. The hotel itself is spectacular. The rooms are among the finest I have experienced anywhere in the world—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, exceptionally comfortable, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. What truly sets Conrad Seoul apart, however, is its people. Luxury can be built with beautiful architecture and elegant rooms, but world-class hospitality comes from the people who work there every day. The team at Conrad Seoul consistently delivers service that exceeds expectations, and they do so with genuine kindness and professionalism. After thousands of hotel nights throughout my career, I can say without hesitation that Conrad Seoul ranks among the very best hotels in the world. Highly recommend. Andy and Mimi where great at check-in and ran into Andy frequently. Staff very welcoming and incredible service and very accomdating in assisting with suggestions to make the most of our stay. Would not hesitate to come back!

My brother and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Seoul. I am a Korean living in the US, and every time I come back to Korea, this is the first hotel to stay for the first 3-4 days. It's close to the airport, and it's got 2 big malls - IFC, Hyundai shopping mall right below, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is beautiful, the Executive Lounge is excellent, and every staff member we encountered in the exec lounge was warm, professional, and welcoming. However, I would especially like to recognize Olivia from the Executive Lounge for providing exceptional service that made our stay even more memorable. Before our arrival, we had requested an early check-in after a long international flight. Olivia was incredibly understanding and did everything she could to accommodate our request. We know that early check-in is never guaranteed even as a diamond member and depends on room availability, so we sincerely appreciated her efforts and willingness to help. Being able to settle into our room earlier made a tremendous difference and allowed us to begin our trip feeling rested and refreshed. Throughout our stay, Olivia consistently demonstrated genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. She greeted us warmly every time we visited the Executive Lounge and always made us feel like valued guests. My brother and I had the opportunity to chat with her on several occasions, and her friendly personality and sincere hospitality left a lasting impression. It was clear that she truly enjoys taking care of guests and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a pleasant experience. It was also a surprise that she recognized our faces when entering the exec lounge, so thank you Olivia once again for making our stay special and comfortable. For those planning a Korea Trip, I would highly recommend Conrad Seoul. Again, beautiful place with great breakfast, amenities, pool/sauna, exec lounge.
