We are so impressed with the Fairmont Ambassador Hotel. All the staff are so accommodating and helpful. Kudos to Jess in the Spectrum Restaurant who has been especially attentive to us during our stay in Seoul. He is so pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
