“Great stay”

Stayed here on two occasions during our trip to Seoul. They let us store our luggage while we went to Busan. Riley Sim at the front desk was very helpful for us! Great stay.

This hotel is just 1 min walk to exit 11 and 12. The room size is adequate by today's standard. Bonus is the hot and cold water machine in the hallway, very convenient. This hotel is just 1 min walk to exit 11 and 12. The room size is adequate by today's standard. Bonus is the hot and cold water machine in the hallway, very convenient. Only one thing that bordered us is the sensor light. There is one sensor light by the room entrance and the washroom is on the side. Because there is no individual lighting inside the washroom, there is a chance that you have to insert the room card slot to turn on the room lights for going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, as the entrance sensor light is auto turned off after a very short time i. e. Perhaps about 30 seconds.

Four Points by Sheraton We recently stayed at the Four Points Sheraton and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were quite basic for the price, but they were spotless and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet—excellent variety with something for everyone, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes. The location is another big plus. It’s only about 10 minutes to the Night Market and Myeondong shopping street, making it easy to explore the area. Transportation was hassle-free as well: taxis were easy to catch, and the subway station is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Overall, this hotel offers great value with clean rooms, a fantastic breakfast, and convenience for exploring.

We stayed for more than a week first week of April and we had a fair to middling stay. First, the location was ideal for going around the city. It was a few steps from the Airport Shuttle stop and the Euljiro-3 subway station is directly in front. Our room was clean and provided spartan amenities (kudos to the lovely housekeeping lady assigned on the 24th floor during our stay - she was so helpful and cheerful). It was a relatively comfortable stay although we did have concerns: - the elevators were painful! It had a mind of its own - going down even if everyone inside pushed higher floors, etc. Often we wait 15+ minutes before the elevator car arrives, longer during rush hour - there were drain flies in the bathroom! The check-out officers were cordial, efficient and professional. They were helpful in safekeeing our luggage after we checked out. Thank you. One experience that left a sour-ish taste: when we checked-in, the FIRST "greeting" we received was "May I have your credit card, please?" Maybe I expected too much to have been greeted differently upon arrival. "Annyeonghaseyo", maybe??
