“Excellent location”
The hotel's location was perfect, next to Lotte Mall and a few hundred metres from Myengdong! Rooms are spacious, clean was a fairly good 4 star hotel. Only the heating system makes the room exceptionally warm and no way to adjust this heat setting so a bit stuffy as not much of a window to open to… more

“Location great that’s about it”
Front desk staff have no customer service skills. Heads up… you cannot check in till 3pm. After arriving at 9am from cruise ship we knew our room would not be ready… so went out exploring till 1.30pm. I have a mixed view on our stay with the hotel president. Myself and my family (including a toddler) stayed at the hotel for a week while we were on holidays in Seoul. The pros * great location.
