“Perfect hotel for business and leisure”
We had an excellent stay at the Lotte City Hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for business and leisure travel, as it offers great accommodations and convenience at a reasonable price. “Very helpful staff on reception with directions. Pool looked very inviting and rooms were extremely comfortable.”
Excellent hotel. Great service and the reception staff were extremely helpful in advising me to get around Seoul. They used the Korean version of Google Maps - which doesn't work there - to advise directions etc. The pool looked very inviting and a gym was available as well

Just returned from a 2 week stay and couldn’t have been happier. As this was my second visit to Seoul I didn’t want to stay in the obvious areas again (last visit Insa-dong and Hongdae). “Functional but tired - and the pool costs extra!”
I stayed at this hotel for one night before my return home, after spending a week staying in Myeong-Dong and travelling outside the city. Main reason for this was its location immediately above a station on the airport train line, which is a definite plus. However I would not rate this hotel high… more
