“Was never going to be a 5 star review but could easily have gone 3 or lower”
Why? Front of house service on check-in was super poor. No engagement, virtually no assistance (despite us being clearly frustrated with directions to hotel and trying to find its car park). Cosy authentic boutique hotel hacienda style. Has small pool area with nice terras. Breakfast offering all you need. Offers limited parking space behind hotel, but enough free parking space at edge of city within 3min walking distance. Big room with big beds.
