--- Staying at this remarkable boutique hotel was nothing short of magical—a true highlight of my travels worldwide. From the moment I arrived, the staff enveloped me in genuine warmth and generosity, their kindness and helpfulness making me feel truly cherished. The breakfast alone was a celebration: imagine three luxurious butters to savor, eggs so fresh they seemed laid just days ago by happy hens, alongside vibrant fruits, flaky pastries, and an exquisite selection of cheeses and meats artfully presented at our table. But the room itself stole my heart—soaring 22-foot ceilings created a sense of grand elegance, while the gorgeous claw-foot tub invited long, indulgent soaks, and the majestic poster bed made me feel absolutely regal, like a queen in her own sanctuary. Every detail whispered luxury, yet the price was astonishingly reasonable for such an exceptional experience. I left not just rested, but utterly uplifted and grateful—a stay I’ll treasure forever.

Probably one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in. The service was excellent, shout out to Borja and Felix who were very kind and helpful. The hotel is classy and elegant, the art collection and general decor was top notch. Be sure you enjoy all the spaces, from the Macallan whisky bar to the back patio and delightful garden. Great location , the valet service was a nice touch as parking is 10 minutes of so away. Only wish for us was to have booked a larger room, which we will do when we return later this year. The restaurant was a little disappointing, service was good but food not so much. There are so many great restaurants in walking distance, highly recommend La Carbona, which was excellent.

We were in Jerez during the recent floods. The first day we arrived was absolutely lovely. The hotel staff could not be more wonderful, and the whole hotel, our beautiful room and common spaces, was above and beyond our expectations. After our first day there, the rain started pouring again, and for 2 days most of the stores and restaurants were closed. The Maria Luisa took very good care of us, and made sure we were comfortable. It was a nice place to hide out. They also helped us find a hospital on a Sunday where we found English speaking doctors, when I had a stomach issue. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is a 10, the staff are a 10, the rooms and common spaces are a 10.

“An amazing experience !”

We absolutely loved our two night stay. The hotel is lovely, our room was large and beautifully appointed, and the staff was impeccable. We also had breakfast, room service, and dinner at the restaurant - and all the meals were delicious. A true 5 star experience in all respects !
