The Lanjarón fault, the border between two unique places, Sierra Nevada and La Alpujarra, allows the area to have numerous springs. The Lanjarón Spa uses six mineral-medicinal springs, all unique, for the prevention and treatment of different conditions. Among the many properties of the waters of the Lanjarón Spa, it is worth highlighting its diuretic function thanks to its bicarbonate and calcium content, with which it will be possible to take care of our figure. It also facilitates digestion thanks to its chlorine and sodium content. It also has sedative effects, making it perfect for relaxing and escaping stress and anxiety. Ultimately, through the confluence of these six natural springs that originate in Sierra Nevada and La Alpujarra, you can be sure that the Latin saying “mens sana in corpore sano” will become a reality. -THERMAL CIRCUITS- It has several thermal circuits that take advantage of the healing properties of its mineral-medicinal waters. Among them is a hydrotherapy circuit, which offers various hydromassage baths designed to relax the muscles and improve circulation. This circuit is ideal for relieving stress and revitalizing the body. They also have a respiratory circuit that includes steam inhalation rooms and showers with therapeutic waters, perfect for improving respiratory health. On the other hand, the anti-stress circuit is focused on both mental and physical relaxation, with saunas, Turkish baths and rest areas with relaxing music. In addition, the beauty circuit uses natural mud and clays for treatments that improve the health and appearance of the skin, providing a complete rejuvenation experience. -MASSAGES AND TREATMENTS- The Balneario de Lanjarón also offers a wide range of massages and personalised treatments. Relaxing massages use gentle techniques together with essential oils to release tension and promote a sense of calm. Therapeutic massages are designed to relieve specific pains, combining physiotherapy and the use of mineral-medicinal waters. Facial and body treatments also use natural products from the region to hydrate, rejuvenate and revitalise the skin. These therapies include exfoliations, wraps and specific treatments adapted to the individual needs of each person, guaranteeing a unique and effective wellbeing experience. -RULES- +It is mandatory to wear a cap and swimsuit in the pools. +Cancellation of services booked less than 2 hours in advance will result in a charge of 40% of the amount. In the case of no-show and not having cancelled the service, 100% of the treatment will be charged. +Due to the strong mineralisation of the water, the swimsuit may become stained.

“Visit Lanjaron”
The hotel is very well located, close to the most important attractions. Clean rooms, very nice staff. You can enjoy a very tasty breakfast at the hotel. You can park your car in the car park in front of the hotel for free
