We're very familiar with the city so we're fully aware of the location upon booking however, if you are not familiar with Malaga do be aware of the fact that there's a very popular cafe directly beneath the apartments which opens early every morning for breakfast, so you can forget about a lie-in if you like to relax on holiday because the hustle and bustle is rather loud and unless you are a heavy sleeper you will be woken early. On the opposite side of things, weekends get very lively in this area too and although you won't hear the sound of music blearing out of the closest clubs and bars, you will be subjected to the sound of revellers making their way home in the early hours. Some of whom unfortunately like to continue the party in these very apartments and have very little consideration for others. Not the apartments fault by any means but definitely worth mentioning. The rooftop terrace has had that much needed revamp and you will get the sun here from around noon until late in the afternoon in the summer months, although there are only two loungers. Apartments are clean and well equipped. Bathroom in no 8 definitely needs to be re-hashed a bit as there's no way you can wash yourself in the shower with the water running - there's just no space! The toilet is also impossible to sit upon properly either as it sits right up against the wall. Fine for a few days but not ideal really. Lots of storage space for clothes etc and the kitchen had a toaster, microwave and everything you need to cook a basic meal. Would stay again now that we're aware of the situation.

“Excellent place to stay”

The apartment was very clean quiet location easy to go anywhere close to station we stayed eleven days our place was serviced to a high standard bed sheets changed all cleaned Maria was very helpful would definitely recommend!!

Great location .. probably deserving 4, or even 5, stars.  We cannot imagine a better location with almost all of Malaga's attractions within easy walking distance.  Literally, 100's of eateries are within a kilometre of the apartment. Unfortunately other aspects of the apartment were average.  It gave the impression of management for the sake of management, with little pride evident, if at all.  In short it needs refreshing! The apartment was located on the first floor and was serviced by a lift.  We were met within the timeline agreed to check-in which occurred smoothly. It is basically 3 rooms and aside from the bathroom room is fairly tight.  The main room has a sofa, coffee table, expandable table and 3 chairs and a kitchenette along one wall with a flat screen on the other.  A small fridge plus a stove completes the 'kitchen' but we didn't come to Malaga to cook. The sofa and the coffee table came complete with obvious large stains. Note the property is advertised at times as having a balcony, and a washing machine.  It has 2 large openings to the street which allow fresh air into the apartment, weather permitting, but no practical balcony.  There was no washing machine in the apartment! The bedroom might be best dexcribed as basic with a very small double bed.  Only 2 small pillows were provided and the linen and towels had all seen better days.  At 180cms my feet extended over the end!  The bathroom on the other hand is generous, as is the shower, with lovely hot water.  Ladies should also note the ONLY (small) mirror in the apartment is in the bathroom above the basin? Whilst the apartment appeared generally clean on closer examination short cuts had been taken, and had been for some time. Despite the location, we would prefer to examine other options in the future.
