We stayed as a group of 12 across two apartments. There was some initial confusion during booking as we online agent said we had 2x Three Bedroom apartments. turned out it was 1x Three Bedroom and 1x Two Bedroom. The was resolved after several emails. When we arrived we met Ivan who let us in and showed us around. The apartments are clean and nice. They are not overly fancy or high end. This is not a hotel. It is self catering apartments which was ideal for us. We grabbed breakfast and snack items from the local supermarket about 5 minutes walk. Other then sleeping, having breakfast and chilling on the balcony in the early morning hours we did not stay in the apartments much. They are located for ease of getting around. We walked all around Seville. Would stay here again if back in Seville.

We booked the three bed/ bathroom apartment which is actually at the back of this address number 35 Calle Galera. It was at the top of the building with two roof terraces, the larger one had two sun beds & a table and chairs ideal for lunch in the sun. All the rooms were very stylish & clean with modern fittings as were the shower rooms. The third bedroom was small with two single beds in line with each other but we knew this when we booked. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for breakfast/ lunch, and although the lounge area wasn't particularly large we didn't spend very long in it anyway. There was a safe in one of the bedrooms which we used. The beds are firm but we like them like that and the air con was easy to use and much appreciated. The only small negative was because we were arriving just after 11pm we had to pay an extra €20, and were asked to ring the rep half an hour before our arrival so they could meet us outside. We rang as requested but had a ten minute wait in the street as the rep wasn't there when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to family/ friends as it was only a five minute walk to the main plaza, and nearly all the sites are within walking distance. Also Stephen Gallop was our contact on email and he was very helpful.

Unfortunately, our assignment to an upper-floor apartment, which had twice been confirmed in writing, was not honored, so we ended up in a dark ground-floor unit with a tiny, unusable terrace located at the bottom of a tall air shaft. Because of the company's mistake and its cumbersome and lengthy check-in process, we will not return.

“Mixed feelings on this one.”

Upon arriving at the property up a back street in the heart of the city we noticed that the official rating on the front door was only a 2 key where on the web it’s classed as a 4 star ? No parking at the property, where again it’s advertised as having self parking? I believe that’s a bit misleading. We approached the front door and it was locked with no information as to how to gain access so I phoned the telephone number provided and was told to wait in the car until a representative arrived (about ten mins). No reception area just taken straight upstairs to the apartment (M2) and we have to say it’s a lovely apartment. Very clean apart from a couple of kitchen items. The rep showed us around and took us through some maps and information on the area then came with me to the car park which is very very tight where you drive your car into a lift which takes you to your floor but the spaces are so small and the Apartment charge you 15€ per night. Issues with the apartment........ Metal front door slams waking you each time. One set of keys supplied only. There is a key for the electric which is on the same key ring as the front door, apartment door and safe key and no way of removing any so if you come in in the dark hours and you want to open the safe? You have to do it in the dark. Bathrobes supplied? No! When I mentioned that the advertisement on hotels.com says they are supplied as to the reason we didn’t bring any, I was informed they’re not supplied then they changed the advert. It’s a pretty cold apartment so a bathrobe is needed or you stay fully clothed. Bathroom.....Shower door doesn’t close properly so water leaks out onto bathroom floor so bad that when someone is in the shower somebody else has to be outside the cubicle with the mop and bucket, plus no shelf in shower cubicle to put toiletries on so you have to put them on the floor. Toilet doesn’t flush properly so you have to wait and flush time after time. The dining area has full length windows with no blinds, drapes or anything like that which leads out to a communal area where neighbours opposite can see in right through to the bedroom. It’s location is just outside the city with most things on the doorstep, nice restaurants mainly tapas bars. It’s not the cheapest city in Spain but it’s worth a visit.
