I stayed here with my daughters for a long weekend to explore Seville and can recommend this hotel as a great place to stay. It’s smart, clean, very stylish and smells great the minute you enter. The staff are attentive and plentiful. Our room was very clean, quiet and well appointed with a mini fridge stocked with water. Breakfast was excellent and we ate at the restaurant, Poeta, lovely tasty food. I would love to return here and see more of Seville. It’s an incredibly beautiful city.

My partner and myself have just concluded a six night stay at Hotel BECQUER and I can honestly say that the trip has been made most enjoyable and relaxing as everything has been seamless from start to finish. Firstly, they have an excellent system that lets you check-in online prior to arriving. This means that you can submit your personal details and passport information from the comfort of your own home which helps to reduce queues at the checkout desk. They also provide numerous nice touches and small luxuries. For example, the cleaning staff provide a daily refill of the complimentary water bottles in the mini fridge. They also top up the complimentary toiletries ( dental kits, vanity kits etc) during your stay. This is fantastic as we had toiletries to use whilst we were there and spare toiletries to take to the airport for use prior to our journey home. All the staff seemed genuinely helpful, polite and kind which we found slightly unexpected ( having stayed at other luxury hotels where the staff can come across as as stuffy and impersonal). The complimentary ‘coffee corner’ was truly a godsend. The heat in Seville during our stay was almost unbearable and so therefore the ability to help oneself to complimentary water, juice and other light refreshments throughout the day ( in a cool air-conditioned environment) was fantastic and could probably save people from succumbing to heat exhaustion. The hotel rooms and facilities were spotless and even the standard room, in which we stayed, was luxurious and had the biggest bed I have seen in my life. The breakfast was superb and was as fresh as it could get (honey straight from the honeycomb and orange juice straight from pulped oranges). There was plenty of room in the dining hall and the length of breakfast time meant that it was never crowded and could suit early risers and people who enjoy a lie-in. I never dined in the onsite restaurant but it looked luxurious. My only slight suggestions would be that the hot food in the breakfast area could do with being covered to preserve the heat after cooking (the hot food always seemed to be lukewarm) and also that two staff could operate the pool bar especially in the late afternoon. The lady who operated the pool bar on her own was lovely but often seemed overwhelmed by having to serve several guests at once. Other than that, the whole hotel and staff have made for a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay in Seville and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

We felt truly looked after from the moment we booked — the hotel reached out with helpful information before our stay, which set the tone for a relaxing trip. During our time there the team were friendly and always on hand to help, making everything effortless. The hotel is well equipped with everything you need for your stay, and the pool was an absolute bonus in the 40°C Seville heat. The pool staff were attentive, bringing fresh towels and cool drinks which made lounging there a real pleasure. Reception were very pleasant and the housekeeping staff were meticulous in their standards — they even offered fresh water for our room, which was a lovely touch. The location is ideal and central; all the attractions we wanted to visit were a short walk away, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed dinner at a lovely Italian spot just around the corner, La Piemontessa, and had great tapas at the Setas de Seville La Malveloca. All in all, a delightful stay — highly recommended!

“Great experience”

This hotel is located conveniently within Sevilla, and boasts clean rooms and a charming design style. The staff were very friendly. While our rooms were fairly small, there were many small touches, such as a pillow menu and free minibar, that make a stay here worthwhile.
