We booked the duplex apartment for 2 nights, which fits up to 5 persons. There are 2 double beds on the main floor, and a second level which has 1 bed and also serves as the lounge area (with TV and sofa); this level also has a partial view of the Giralda Tower and a small outside terrace. The downside of the main floor is a lack of privacy. 1 double bed and the bathroom is in a partitioned bedroom area. The other bed is in the open area with the kitchen and dining table. Because there is only 1 bathroom everyone has to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom, this affects the privacy of those in the bedroom. If you have a party of 4-5, the main floor can feel a touch tight. The apartment is modern and beds were comfortable. Location is very good, being a few minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Alcazar and close to the shopping and restaurants.

We stayed for 5 nights during December 2016 as a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant) The positives: Plenty of space for us, fantastic location in the heart of the old town and a short stroll to all the major attractions and restaurants/bars. Modern decor and comfortable beds. Induction cooker was great and very quick to heat up, there was a juicer (perfect for all those oranges!), toaster, microwave and fridge. Nespresso pods, water, nesquik for the kids and basic condiments on arrival were helpful. We didn't have any issues with noise from other guests or from the street below at night. Miguel our host was very friendly and responsive to all our requests. Areas for Improvement: As we were there for 5 days with no cleaning service, extra bin bags, pan/brush or vacuum and dish drying cloths would have been helpful as well as a dish drainer. The front door was a bit tricky to close too. One of the bathrooms was tiny so we generally used the other one for the shower. A clothes dryer to hang damp towels would also be handy. Didn't realise terrace was accessed via a spiral staircase and was on a separate floor, it wasn't a problem but could have shown photos or included in description. For privacy from the communal terrace the blinds need to be kept drawn in the upstairs lounge-we didn't use the room but this could be an issue for others. Would have been helpful to have a printed guide to property (local attractions, where to put out rubbish, how to get laundry done, where local supermarket is etc and recommendations for restaurants/bars) although Miguel was on hand to answer any questions. These are all minor points that I feel would have improved our stay as overall it's a fantastic apartment and good value and we would recommend it to others.

These apartments are located in the historic Santa Cruz district a short walk from the cathedral. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the first floor. The building had been newly refurbished to a high standard over four floors around a central open court. Our apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, separate bedroom and bathroom. There was no outside space but three large windows with small balconies and shutters. There is a roof terrace accessible on the fourth floor. Altogether there are 5/6 apartments in the building. The towels, bed linen etc were all new (from IKEA?) and very good quality. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was small but the shower adequate. The only thing lacking was a floor length mirror. The streets are very narrow in the historic area and I don't know if you could park but there was public transport and taxis within a short walk. There is no reception at the building and we had to call the owner to check us in. We stayed 3 nights and loved the area.

I would describe this booking like an Airbnb run by a local company. After booking, a rep from the local company reached out to me and we discussed the logistics prior to my arrival, such as how to check-in (no rep on-site) and where to leave my luggage as I planned to arrive in Seville prior to check-in time. When I arrived, I had no trouble dropping off my luggage, but there was some problem connecting with the number with whom I was to exchange the keys with. After reaching out to the rep, we figured it out. The room was beautiful, with 1 full bed, 2 twin beds pushed together, and 1 twin bed in the loft in the floor above. Pros: There was a kitchen with a stove, pots, plates, utensils, etc. There was a/c, which was life-saving as it was in the high 90’s at the time. This apartment was conveniently located near the Seville Cathedral and Real Alcazar palace. Cons: It was difficult to lock and un-lock the front door; I had to plan an additional 5 minutes to enter and leave the apartment. Regarding the apartment’s amenities, the shower only had body soap. Additionally, wifi did not reach the room where the 2 twin beds were pushed together or the restroom.
