Fantastic stay at these apartments . The apartment was spacious , impeccably clean and had every amenity you could need. Especially appreciated the comfortable beds and quality linen. The duvets and pillows were amazing quality and made such a difference . Only downside was one of the bedrooms didn’t have a blackout blind , just thin panels that didn’t cover the full window - given the window was facing in internal corridor, it meant you could see through in to the bedroom from the corridor - not good for privacy or security. Easy fix- put a proper blind over that window . Other than that - perfect!

“Excellent stay”

I am staying at this hotel as I write this review. I booked one of the larger rooms on the top floors, and my family and I could not be happier with our experience. We have a living room, a kitchen, a large bedroom, a smaller loft bedroom above the living area, and two separate bathrooms. A family of four will not find more comfortable accommodations unless booking an entire vacation home. The location is very central. The Giralda Tower and Seville Cathedral are a 5-minute walk away. Tapas bars and restaurants are literally in every direction from the hotel. The only thing to keep in mind is that this is not a hotel in the traditional sense. Reception hours are 10:00-15:00 only. In addition, rooms are not being cleaned daily the way you would expect at a hotel. But these are minor inconveniences when balanced against the awesomeness of getting your own apartment so close to Seville Cathedral. I saw wildly inconsistent reviews online about this place, and I can only explain them away by saying that a family of four should opt for one of the larger 2BR apartments on the upper floors. The price differences between the apartments appear to be minimal, and saving a few bucks is probably not worth the hassle. Just splurge a little and enjoy your stay.

We booked the penthouse unit last minute at a very inexpensive price. The building is located extremely centrally to the old town but down a small quiet street. The reception was lovely and easy. The whole building is ancient but updated with modern doors, plumbing, and furnishings. It is funky, stylish and very clean. We were impressed with all the little extra touches like juice, coffee, milk, water bottles and biscuits that were left for us and the lovely toiletries and slippers. It was a compact space but all four of us had a comfortable sleep and enjoyed the space. My favorite was the patio and retractable sliding glass door with a view of a beautiful tower.

Amazing apartment. So spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Super super easy to access and in a fantastic old city location. Lovely patio to sit out on. The patios are individual to the apartment but open to the other apartment patios in an inner courtyard so no street facing windows for us. That said, we didn’t see anyone else during our stay and the patios were all spacious and bright. Very close to a supermarket. If you are driving make sure you park in a public lot and then walk over. We parked in the Avenida Roma garage and had a 10 min walk to the apartment through mostly pedestrian thoroughfares. Beware of directions. The rental car nav tried to take us into the old town and it was a nightmare. Interestingly google maps on my phone knew to avoid that district. Do not drive anywhere in the old part of town. Once we got back to a main road getting to and from the parking lot was a breeze. Overall highly highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.
