We had the best experience, our room was a junior suite with the most amazing river view and huge balcony. The room felt like it was sound proofed as we never heard anything from outside the balcony or in the hotel itself. Unreal comfortable super king bed with great air con. Pool area is great, can get crowded yes but still great. Rooftop bar is so much fun with great drinks and incredible views. I would definitely go back!

“Super clean, super staff, super stay!”

We’ve just come back from a gorgeous stay at this hotel! Super clean with fresh sheets and towels everyday to the lovely and friendly staff! We spent most evenings at the Rooftop Bar before heading out into Triana and so many restaurants just a short walk away! 20 minute walk to all the main attractions (Cathedral and Royal Alcazar). They also went the extra mile arriving back to a little treat after saying we were there to celebrate our recent engagement! Couldn’t fault the hotel and staff, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

“An all rounder”

We stayed in this hotel for my birthday in Feb 2026 for 5 nights. We got a standard room and even that was lovely, well decorated, clean and looked fresh. Spacious enough for 2 women and comfortable. The hotel is very beautifully decorated and a lovely layout. I like that each room had a mini fridge - though I would have preferred if it was empty as there was less space to add our supplies from the supermarket across the road. And standard other items. The dining area was welcomed too, we only had the breakfast buffet on some occasions so it was nice to start the day with a tea and some bread in our room. The toiletries were great too, a wide range of items; combs, toothbrush and toothpaste etc. The breakfast was nice but pricey, had a range of items and I liked that there was a cooking station where you could request eggs how you like them and other things like pancakes. The room was well decorated with amazing views, it opened onto the terrance on warmer mornings too. We went back up to the restaurant for dinner and to the adjacent bar for drinks one evening. The views are even better at night. With great service. Location wise it worked well for us in the Triana area, right by the mall, round the corner from many restaurants, across from a supermarkets and a short walk to the Flamenco show we bought tickets for. We’d either get an Uber or a walk and bus into town. We also found a ceramics museum nearby on the last day which was nice. Staff were helpful, however we did call reception from our room on a few occasions, each time there was no answer annoyingly. It was a reasonable price to extend our stay for a late check out as our flight was in the evening. If I was in Seville I'd consider staying here again, maybe opt for a room with a balcony too. I didn’t get to use the Spa facilities here unfortunately, but next time I would. (I have videos of the room and hotel - but it won't let me upload them) On a sidenote, Seville is beautiful, would love to come back in the summer!!

A well located hotel within walking distance of the city sights and the bars and restaurants of the Triana district. The hotel has been recently refurbished and the budget rooms we booked were a good size with a big bathroom with a walk in shower. The room was on the roadside and there was some traffic noise in the night. The room was cleaned daily The rooftop bar is fabulous with amazing views across the city and the river. We had a good meal in the hotel restaurant on the day of arrival, with an attentive waiter who spoke excellent english, unfortunately the restaurant had only a few customers and so lacked atmosphere. Check in and out was quick and efficient. I would certainly use this hotel again if I return to Seville.
