“Wonderful staff”
The hotel staff were excellent, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We had left something behind on our room and the staff were so kind and attentive, making sure it was returned to us. Highly recommended.

“Perfectly located in the city central area of Bilbao”
Hotel is perfectly located in the city central area of Bilbao. You can see the Guggenheim museum across the river, which is about a 10 min walk from the hotel. One is minutes away from the Old town area of Bilbao, especially the Plaza Nueva. The room was modern and clean.
