Superb location, you can walk everywhere and there is nice restaurant area in the neighbourhood. Excellent service in the BAR! Thank you Carolina, and all the Staff for Excellent service! Also, hotel staff look out for every need! Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Bilbao es an amazing City, and I recommend taking tours and walking around the city

Check in was easy and quick. The room was clean and tidy but the shower kept running hot and cold. To be fair we didn't report this.
