“Pleasant business hotel”
I stayed here for a week on a business trip. The hotel itself is quite small and the rooms are nice enough. The staff were very good- both the reception staff and the cleaning staff. “Visit in Bilbao”
The people at the reception were very helpful and supported us very much with our travel plans around Bilbao. They have helped us with the choice of public transport for our visits and where to eat in restaurants.

“Simple and nice hotel”
The hotel is just a 15 min walk from town center, the rooms are good in terms of space and have the essential for a 1 night stay as we did. The parking is not onsite and you have to walk a bit to get there but manageable. Don't expect luxury but staff is nice and helpful.
