“Good hotel if you don't want a view”
Hotel is opposite the football stadium, which is being torn down. But don't let this put you off as comfy room parking outside for 2 euros a day (free sat PM and all day Sunday). Staff very helpful, breakfast limited , but ok for the price. Bus into town costs 1.75 euros , and a few bars close by… more

“Classic hotel”
Been staying here for going on 20 years and it never disappoints. Apart from anything, it's a design classic, minimalist in style, comfortable rooms, reasonable breakfast - and a cafe bar offering good and very reasonably priced food. The front desk staff were very nice. About 30 mins (walk) from town but we didn’t mind the walk. The air con was laden with thick dust and only worked when on the coldest setting also the toilet seat needed fixing; I took these as signs of maintenance neglect which was disappointing.
