There was a slight confusion with our reservation but it was quickly sorted out in 15 minutes. The secure underground garage was exactly what we required and there was a lift up to the room. “Best there is in Vitoria”
very nice hotel considering it is Vitoria. Clean and comfortable located centrally in downtown area, very safe to walk around. shopping less than 10 minutes away. Staff was courteosu and friendly. There were plenty of places where to eat and drink. No fancy decor but the best in town by far.
