“Starting out in the Camino pilgrimage”
A very convenient comfortable stay on our start to the Camino walk. Restaurants epic across the road and Alex was so organized and friendly. Great breakfast too would recommend this hostal to anyone. Location perfect right near all the attractions

“Incredible service ”
We have been walking El Camino de Santiago and when it came to an end we had to get to Ponferrada to make it back home. “A little out of the way, but good value.”
I stayed at Hostal Nirvana for one night while walking the Camino de Santiago. It's a bit out of the way, what with it being about a 10-minute walk from the sights and restaurants. “Christmas Dinner Party”
Wonderful food. Well done and tasty. Second time I have eaten with friends at this place. Recommended bar, restaurant, and hostel. Free wifi too. I frequent the bar with friends almost once a week. Friendly waiters.

“Not Nirvana”
Suggest a name change, it is not heavenly but is very good. Clean, modern, comfortable but on a dreary street a bit far from the cool stuff in Ponferrada. There is a restaurant/bar on first floor but didn't try it. A bit too far of the camino.
