“Excellent hotel”
Very comfortable room. Helpful staff. Brilliant location overlooking the square. To be recommended for a visit to Ponferrada. Big spacious room. Air-conditioning worked well Didn't try the restaurants but I imagine they would be very good

“Great location for Camino Pilgrims”
This was a stop on our Camino journey. The location was great - right on the square. The room comfortable and fairly large with a BATHTUB! Great to soak after many walking days. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

“Cute building”
Really nice staff. The room was large and bathroom huge! Good showers for an old property. Few min walk to the castle and shops. Very clean . Breakfast ok. The restaurant below hotel is excellent! I forgot the name meson taverna?

“Lovely spacious room”
This was a very lovely room. It was a bit older place but very well maintained. The room overlooked the square so it was a bit noisy but I didn't mind that at all. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very spacious room! I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Ponferrada again… more

Very well located in the center of everything. We had a room facing plaza de ayudamento. Splendid view The rooms a bit outdated but the location is impatable You have a subteran parking right under the square with an exit very close to the hotel.
