“Value for money , with great service & with comfort”
Welcoming receptionists, good location for the old centre, comfortable room with a coffee machine in room, & free coffee , tea , & fruit 24 hrs/ day. I booked directly on their website & got a great deal.

Fantastic staff, Rita and Martin at the reception, the cleaners, the girl at the breakfast as a hotel manager I would recommend this hotel to anyone in Santiago . This team loves their job and you can tell . Thank you ! Keep up with the good work !

“Highly Recommended ”
Very warmly welcomed to a central, but very quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. Room was exactly what was needed. Ideal place for an overnight, or even longer, stay in Santiago. 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral. Would come back!

“A nice place to stay”
The suite was really nice with a comfortable bed and ample space. There was noise from the suite next door, but that is more guests than the hotel. The double windows kept all the noise out from the street. The breakfast was really nice and they stored our backpacks for us when we had time to kill … more

“Good value, central hotel”
A central location close to visitor attractions. Spacious room in good clean condition. Very nice buffet breakfast. Lots of places to eat nearby. Easy transfer from airport on public transport costing just 1 Euro each way. I recommend this hotel.
