“Clean, spacious and comfy”
All is good. Clean, spacious and comfy environment. Mattress of the sofa bed is too soft. It would be better if there is a cushion similar to those on the beds. “Excellent Hotel in Madrid”
We enjoyed our stay in Madrid specially we got a lovely and comfortable family room at Claridge Hotel. The room was spacious and the staffs at the reception are welcoming.

“As good as always”

“A solid 4 star hotel”
No complaints from me. It was clean, wonderful helpful staff and a very nice hotel in an enjoyable location. It would have been nice to have had slippers and a robe in the room, and the gym had extremely limited opening times - but other than that, it was fab! Thank you!
